Please note
On arrival, rooms are available from 2pm. Please vacate your room by 11am. The hotel’s service will start with dinner and end with breakfast the day you leave. If you are arriving after 6 pm, please let us know in advance!

Special offer on arrival
If you wish to arrive before your room is available, you can get your bathrobe and basket with a bath towel from 9am (please let our receptionist know in advance!) for a fee of €11 (children up to 10 years €2). Also included in this special offer is our brunch (served 12.00 – 1.30 pm).

Special offer on departure
Please vacate your room by 11am. You can enjoy the hotel’s facilities (with your bathrobe and basket with bath towel) and our brunch (served 12.00 – 1.30pm) for a charge of €11 (children up to 10 years €2). Please let our receptionist know one day in advance!

Pets
per day / without food €7.00  Pets are not allowed in either the restaurant or the wellness and pool area. Pets are allowed in “Stüberl“, chimney and ”Biedermeier“ rooms and on our terrace.

If you do not make use of our free brunch (12.00 – 1.30pm), no costs will be refunded. If you haven’t cancelled your dinner (or half board accommodation) in our reception in time (up to breakfast time) we cannot refund the costs. Lunch packs can be ordered in the restaurant, at additional cost.

During your stay, 1 clean bathrobe is provided. After 7 nights, the bathrobe will be changed. Additional bathrobes are available for €10 each. Bathrobes are only available in adult sizes.

Beauty, slimming and wellbeing packages cannot be changed (except: swapping hay baths for whey baths)

Deposit

A deposit for bookings up to 3 nights of € 100.00 per person (except for children under 14) and a deposit for bookings from 4 of € 200.00 is payable by bank transfer.

Cancellation insurance

Our prices don’t  include a holiday cancellation insurance to ensure that you incur no costs in the event of a prior cancellation or premature departure. Cancellations are subject to the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations.
