Wine

Wine is the big hobby of the lady of the house, Barbara Klauß. Since 2004, Chardonnay and Zweigelt grapes have been grown in the hotel garden. In the old flint wine cellars, wine connoisseurs can find wonderful drinks and the wine list is in harmony with the cooking philosophy of mountain and lake specialties from Austria and Friul.

You can also buy wine to take with you or ask gifts. Wine trips to Friul and Slowenia or wine tastings are on the activities programme.We would be happy to facilitate tastings and visits to our Friul winemaker friends.
